I booked 2 double beds for 4 people but when I checked in I was told to lớn book a room for 2 people only. The khách sạn receptionist asked me how much I transferred lớn the website, I said 570k, the receptionist said that it is impossible to lớn have a 2-bed reservation with that amount, I gave a booking receipt but still refused Please hotline the website to lớn check. Family vacation
The air-conditioner of the room has trouble turning on all night, it is not necessary to use additional fans, the pillows are quite hard và high so the neck is tired, the bathroom door is broken, when the shower does not have hot water, the shower is quite cold. I was on the 5th floor và the elevator only went up to lớn 4 and 6 so I had lớn carry luggage up the stairs quite heavy.
