Property located in a road with very heavy traffic. The swimming pool is right at the front of the property facing a 24/7 heavy traffic road. The hotel is close to lớn monuments & museums.
Staff are very friendly. Breakfast spread is good, but could be a rush at peak time, with not enough sittings, too many large seats tables, maybe using smaller dinning tables và chairs will allow better capacity planning, và give more rooms at buffer tables as guests have limited space.
The breakfast was delicious, the property was clean and staff was helpful especially Jodie at the front desk was incredibly helpful! Give that girl a raise $!!! Thank you Jodie !!!

Customer service was exceptional. Buffet breakfasts were good. Pool area is out the front of the khách sạn so is very noisy due lớn the very busy street traffic, but was hardly used by other guests so we had the pool to ourselves most days. The pool is small so it is lucky it wasn't busy. The location is handy khổng lồ all the main tourist destinations, but it's not exactly walking distance. Luckily transport through "Grab" is very cheap. The restaurant và room service didn't really have anything appealing to lớn our western family but the khách sạn was ok with outside food delivery, which was easy via the "Food" tab in the "Grab" ride app, and vietnammm.com app. Between these we had no shortage of options at fairly reasonable rates. The room only caters for a maximum of 3 people and they don't have roll away beds so we had to make up a bed with extra blankets for our youngest child. The beds were a little hard & uncomfy, however it was nice to lớn see a king kích cỡ bed. Water pressure và temperature in the shower was fantastic. The hotel was extremely accommodating with supply of consumables like shampoo, bottled water, coffee, tea, etc. There is a "Family Mart" right across the road which is convenient, & a "Co-op" about 6 blocks away that had all essentials required. There is also 2 pharmacies within 1 block of the khách sạn which is handy.
